Quamp Château 2027 is a trial project operated by Camp Château SAS (“CC”), Chemin de Château, Béduer 46100, France. The website quampchateau.com is published by CC for the purpose of presenting and selling Quamp Château stays and related services in 2027. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” mean CC operating Quamp Château.

• Quamp Château will host two trial sessions in 2027, each a multi-day residential experience at CC properties (Château de Béduer and L’Abbaye du Château de Camon). Program elements include lodging, meals, on-site electives, and select off-site excursions, as described on the website at time of booking. The program is community-oriented and LGBTQIA+-affirming.

• All bookings are processed via BookingLayer (booking system) and payments via Stripe and/or Square (payment processors) on behalf of Camp Château SAS. Invoices, receipts, and refunds (where applicable) are issued by Camp Château SAS. A 30% deposit is due at booking unless otherwise stated; balances are typically due 90 days before arrival. Your booking is confirmed when you receive email confirmation.

• We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All payments are in euros and include French VAT (TVA) where applicable.

  Please keep your contact and payment details current so we can process your booking and reach you about your stay. Your booking is confirmed when you receive email confirmation from us.

  Prices shown on the site apply at the time of booking. Once your booking is confirmed, we will not increase the price except where the law specifically permits it, and any such change will be notified to you in writing with the reasons for it. Where an increase is permitted and exceeds a modest proportion of the price, you will be entitled to cancel and receive a refund rather than accept it. We may correct obvious pricing errors before a booking is confirmed, and if a correction affects your booking you may cancel it for a full refund.

  We may decline a booking where we are unable to accommodate it.

Quamp Château is 21+. By booking, you confirm you meet the age requirement and can lawfully enter this agreement.

• Bunks are assigned; couples/friends are generally placed in different rooms to preserve community dynamics.

• All bathrooms and showers on-site are gender-neutral; privacy curtains are provided in communal showers.

• Nudity policy: specific pool areas are designated clothing-optional; rules posted on site apply.

• No sex / no drugs: because rooms are shared and to maintain a restorative community space, sexual activity and illegal drugs are not permitted on-site.

• Alcohol: where served, non-alcoholic options are always available.

• Activities: electives typically require sign-up at least 1 hour in advance; excursions at least 1 day in advance.

• Quiet & sensory spaces: available.

• We may adapt the program, schedule, or venue layout for safety, weather, or operational reasons.

• Respect is not optional. We do not tolerate behavior that is violent, harmful, or offensive, including but not limited to ableism, ageism, antisemitism, aphobia (including ace/aro), biphobia, casteism, classism, colorism, fatphobia (sizeism), fascism, homophobia, interphobia, Islamophobia, queerphobia, racism, sanism (mental-health stigma), sexism, transphobia, xenophobia, or other intersectional discrimination.

  Serious or repeated violations, including breaches of the no-sex and no-drugs rule or the photography rules in section 7, may result in removal from the session. Where a guest is removed, no refund of the amount paid is due, and any onward travel costs are the guest's responsibility.

  Decisions to remove a guest are made by the Camp Director. Wherever the safety of others allows, we will speak with you first and give you the chance to respond. We aim to resolve conflict with care and fairness, and removal is a last resort.

• Consent is required before taking or sharing any person’s image or voice.

• Photography of nudity is strictly prohibited at all times and in all areas — even with permission.

• We reserve the right to restrict or stop photography/recording to protect participants’ privacy and safety.

Quamp Château bookings follow Camp Château SAS's refund and cancellation policy for 2027. Full refunds are available until 90 days before your session, minus the payment processing fees actually charged to us (usually 3 to 4%). Bookings made less than 90 days before a session must be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation.

You may transfer your booking to another eligible person at any time before your session at no charge. Please contact us so we can update the booking.

If you need to change your dates or move to a different session, contact us at info@quampchateau.com. Requests made more than 90 days before your session can usually be accommodated. Requests made within 90 days are considered individually, and we cannot guarantee that payments already made can be applied to a future session.

We strongly recommend travel insurance. Our cancellation terms mean that if you cancel within 90 days of your session, payments already made are not refundable, so insurance is the main way to protect what you've paid. Look for a policy that covers cancellation for medical reasons, including illness affecting a close family member, and check whether pre-existing conditions are covered. Buy it when you book rather than closer to your trip, since most policies only cover events that arise after the policy starts.

It's also worth checking that your policy covers travel disruption, such as cancelled flights or missed connections on the way to camp.

• For 2027, Quamp Château uses the same waivers as Camp Château (including but not limited to liability, medical, and media waivers), with the additional clause prohibiting any photography of nudity. Some activities may carry inherent risks; participation is voluntary and at your discretion. Guests must follow posted safety rules (e.g., pool hours, no running on pool decks). If you need medical assistance, inform staff; local hospitals and pharmacies are available.

We strive to host an accessible experience. Ground-floor rooms, ramps in many common spaces, and quiet/sensory zones are available. Please contact us in advance with accessibility needs so we can assess reasonable accommodations.

We can accommodate many dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, kosher-style, allergies) with 3 weeks’ notice prior to arrival. All elective supplies are included unless otherwise stated on the schedule.

Lockers are provided; please bring a lock if instructed. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless required by law.

Website content, program materials, trademarks, and logos are owned or licensed by Camp Château SAS and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Camp Château SAS is liable for the proper performance of the services included in your stay. Where French law permits liability to be limited, our liability is limited accordingly. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our fault, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to follow staff instructions and posted safety rules, and to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or our on-site policies.

These Terms are governed by French law and applicable EU law. Competent courts are those of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
