Pricing
We believe transparency and flexibility are part of what makes Quamp possible. We are currently preparing our pricing article so you can see the logic behind the curtain.
If you’re not sure which pricing option fits you best, reach out—we’ll help find your place.
-
€2,200
The standard Quamp Château rate includes all meals, lodging for six days and five nights, on-site electives, excursions, and airport transport from Toulouse.
Choosing this rate helps keep the camp accessible for others and supports our long-term dream of a queer-owned château. -
€1,700
A limited number of early access spots are available to make Quamp more affordable.
We invite campers with financial flexibility to reserve Full Price spots and leave these for those who need a little extra support this year. -
Teach & Stay Program — €800
For the campers who want to share their magic!Teach two electives, host one apéritif hour, and help with check-in or check-out (8-10 hours total for the week).
You’ll experience Quamp fully, contribute your skills, and enjoy the same meals, lodging, and fun—at a lower cost.
Participants receive mandatory remote awareness and conflict-resolution training before the season and arrive a little earlier (or leave a little later) to help prepare or close camp.
Application information can be found on the initiatives page.
-
Our volunteer exchange program keeps Quamp running smoothly while making it possible for more people to join.
You’ll fill a staff position for about 20 hours per week in areas like kitchen prep, serving meals, cleaning, or maintenance.
Housing, food, and access to the camp experience are included.
All WHPH participants complete remote awareness and conflict-resolution training before the season and help set up or wrap down on-site.If certain roles remain unfilled, we may hire paid staff for those positions instead—but those hired roles do not include camp participation or housing.
WHPH exists to create access to camp, not exploit free labor.
Application information can be found on the initiatives page.

All bunks are randomized at check-in! If you come with friends or a partner, you’ll be in different rooms — absence makes the heart grow fonder (and keeps the vibe communal).
Bunkrooms vary from size from 5-8 twin beds in the historic buildings or 3-4 twin beds in the farmhouse at the Château de Béduer.
-
We work hard to make this space as safe and wonderful as we can. Reality check: no space is perfectly safe, but we’re trying really hard.
Security specifics:
Gates locked nightly at 11pm.
One Quamp staffer per bunk for support.
The area isn’t notably liberal, but our queer team has lived and worked locally for years with little to no conflict. The Châteaux are respected by neighbors and locals.
Free bus from Toulouse so you don’t have to take public transport.
All bathrooms at Quamp are non-gendered with privacy curtains.
-
We’re working hard to make Quamp as accessible as possible!
Ground-floor bedrooms available.
Ramps and accessible bathrooms in most common spaces.
Quiet/sensory-friendly zones with soft lighting and low noise.
La Grange Salon = social hub; quieter areas always nearby.
Staff are awareness-trained and first-aid certified.
Please contact us in advance with accessibility needs — mobility, neurodivergence, medical devices, or anything else.
-
Those things can be fun, but they aren’t really a Quamp vibe.
Quamp is a drug-free, sex-free space. Especially since all spaces are shared, we kindly ask that intimate encounters take place in nearby hotels or private off-site accommodations if desired. We also have a wonderful relationship with the locals, so please keep the historic hiking paths for hiking and the religious pilgrimages only.
-
There’s no time like the present! But… for real.
Flights tend to go up and up in price. More often than not, the sooner you book, the better. In most cases, the best time to purchase international flights to France in summer is at least 3-6 months in advance. If you are a bargain hunter, try creating price alerts and set a goal to book within a few weeks or a month.
We recommend using Skyscanner and Kayak for the best deals on flights.
